After much effort, many challenges, plan revisions, investments and drawing on all of our skills, our mushroom farm infrastructure is nearly complete, and we are growing mushrooms in preparation for markets, restaurants and caterers again!
We have an efficient workspace, growing a variety of both consistent options of Oyster and King, and a third revolving option as we experiment with varieties (including Lion's Mane, Shiitake and Cremini).
Thank you for all the calls, emails and comments of inquiry! Our hearts were what brought us through this long journey to our niche, and we cant wait to meet up with you all again and celebrate wonderful mushrooms on the plate!
